The BCD 250 OT-G-... consists of a clear lid with a frame in light gray or graphite gray which contains the hinge and the snap lock mechanism. The BCD 250 OT-G-... can be opened to more that 180°, with an intermediate locking position of more that 90°. This prevents the frame from closing in an uncontrolled manner. Depending on the type of base used Ingress Protection up to IP 65 can be achieved.

The terminal compartment lid is available in light gray or graphite gray and has an area recessed by 1.5mm to hold front membranes or membrane keypads. The cover closes the terminal compartment after the base has been divided. The terminal compartment can be arranged on the hinged side or the locking side, as required.

The BCD 250 FO-... is used for edge covering of a continuous front panel on the base. Ingress Protection IP 40 is achieved with the front panel and the appropriate base.
